Today we had a visit from some amazing creatures. In Science, we have been learning all about the Animal Kingdom and it was great to learn some new facts. Well done to all of 1DC you were very brave. It’s great that you tried something new.

“We are one body of many parts”.

Today we read ‘Try’ by Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield. We then talked about what a ‘hero’ was and who we considered to be our hero.

We realised that heroes don’t need to wear capes, but have qualities that we admire. Many of our heroes were friends of family members.
